coaching services, consultations, courses, digital products, surveys, resources, or other offerings provided by Subconscious Sensuality.
By accessing the website, submitting a form, booking a service, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase services.

• Stop or decline any exercise, discussion, or activity that feels inappropriate or unsafe

• Avoid attending a session while driving or in another unsafe environment
• Use a reasonably private location for online sessions
Coaching and education may support reflection and change, but no particular outcome is promised or guaranteed.
6. Scope and Professional Boundaries
Subconscious Sensuality maintains professional boundaries.
Services do not include sexual conduct, nudity, sexual touching, erotic contact, or sexual access to the provider. Nothing
on the website should be interpreted as an offer of sexual services.
Any harassment, coercion, discrimination, threatening behavior, sexual solicitation, repeated boundary violation, or
inappropriate conduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund where permitted by law.
7. Booking and Payment
Prices, session lengths, packages, and payment requirements are displayed at booking or communicated before
purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
• Payment is due at the time of booking or before services begin
• Appointments are not confirmed until required payment is received
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact and scheduling information is accurate
• You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout
Taxes may be added where required.
8. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
Unless a different policy is shown at booking, the following policy applies:
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled without charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, and no-shows may be charged in full and
may be nonrefundable.
A session may be considered a no-show if you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication.
Subconscious Sensuality may make reasonable exceptions for emergencies at its discretion. Repeated cancellations or
no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
If Subconscious Sensuality must cancel a session, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a refund for the
affected service.
9. Refunds
Completed sessions are nonrefundable.
Refund eligibility for prepaid packages, courses, downloadable products, or other purchases will be stated on the
applicable sales page.
Unless otherwise required by law:
• Digital downloads are nonrefundable once accessed or delivered
• Partially used packages may be refunded only at the discretion of Subconscious Sensuality
• Administrative, processing, or payment-provider fees may be deducted where legally permitted
• Failure to use a purchased service does not automatically create a right to a refund
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law.

10. Online Sessions and Technology
Online services depend on internet access, compatible devices, and third-party technology.
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining a stable internet connection
• Using a functioning camera or microphone when required
• Installing necessary software
• Protecting the privacy of your physical environment
• Keeping meeting links and account credentials secure
Subconscious Sensuality is not responsible for interruptions caused by your equipment, internet provider, power loss,
platform outage, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
If a significant technical problem prevents a paid session from being completed, the parties may agree to resume or
reschedule the remaining time.
11. Privacy and Confidentiality
Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Although reasonable efforts are made to respect your privacy, coaching and educational services are not psychotherapy
and may not be protected by psychotherapist-patient privilege, physician-patient privilege, or similar legal
confidentiality rules.
Electronic communication, email, video platforms, forms, and cloud services involve security risks. Absolute
confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
12. Surveys, Research, and Raffles
Participation in surveys, research questionnaires, raffles, or prize drawings is voluntary.
Additional rules may be provided on the relevant survey or raffle page. Those rules are incorporated into these Terms.
Unless expressly stated:
• Completing a survey does not create a coaching or professional relationship
• You may skip questions or stop participating
• Survey participation does not guarantee compensation
• Prize eligibility may require compliance with stated entry rules
• No purchase is necessary where prohibited by law
• Winners may be required to respond within a stated period
• Taxes associated with a prize are the winner’s responsibility where applicable
Subconscious Sensuality may cancel, suspend, or modify a raffle or survey if fraud, technical failure, legal restrictions, or
circumstances beyond its control affect fair administration.
13. Intellectual Property
The website and its original content—including text, branding, graphics, videos, educational materials, exercises, course
content, downloads, and other resources—are owned by or licensed to Subconscious Sensuality and are protected by
