Sex Education

At Subconscious Sensuality, sex education is practical, frank, compassionate, and body-literate. We talk about the things many people were never taught clearly: pleasure, desire, arousal, anatomy, communication, confidence, consent, safer sex, and how to better understand your own body, a partner’s body, and the many ways pleasure can show up.

This is education for real life — honest questions, clear language, and practical support for

understanding pleasure, intimacy, sexual confidence, and the body with more curiosity and less shame.

What Sessions Can Look Like

Sex education sessions are available online or in person, depending on your goals, location, and

comfort level. Our work may include conversation, education, diagrams, props, communication practice, technique breakdowns, anatomy mapping, and personalized support. This is not about being perfect. It is about becoming more informed, more comfortable, and more connected to yourself.

Please note: Sex education sessions are educational and coaching-based.
They are not sex therapy, medical treatment, or sexual services.
